SAINT JOHNSBURY-She is a mathematics professor who has taught at Lyndon State College for 27 years, and has always enjoyed teaching her students. Outside of the classroom, however, she teaches something completely different: dancing. Daisy McCoy learns and performs circle dancing with other members of the local community in her spare time. McCoy believes these different subjects to share a connection and both equally contribute to one’s wellbeing.

ST. JOHNSBURY - For approximately two more weeks, Interstate 91 Southbound will be closed between Exits 18 (Barnet) and 17 (Newbury), as the state completes a ledge stabilization project. For future safety on the roadway, the Vermont Agency of Transportation felt the construction was necessary. However, for the remainder of the project's duration, the detour creates an added risk for patients being treated by emergency responders.

ST. JOHNSBURY- The Community Restorative Justice Center is seeking out more volunteers for their Circles of Support and Accountability Program.

COSA is a program that works with offenders that have a high-risk of going back to prison after being released.
Susan Cherry, Director of the Community Restorative Justice Center, refers to the people incarcerated as the "core members" of the COSA teams.

ST. JOHNSBURY - The town of Saint Johnsbury will be paying off a decade's old loan resulting in a savings of over $34-thousand in interest.

The USDA Rural Development loan was used for the construction of the wastewater treatment plant during the 1990's. The loans payments were originally spaced out to be fully repaid by the year 2036.
