METEOROLOGIST: Christopher Holtzman
It was dreary today with plenty of clouds and showers. Unfortunately, that is the theme for the next seven days. Showers continue through Wednesday morning with high temperatures on Wednesday only making it into the upper 40s to low 50s. The best day of the next seven days will be Thursday as a ridge of high pressure builds over the area, which will allow sunshine during the morning hours. However, our next disturbance will be quickly approaching pushing clouds into the area during the afternoon. High temperatures on Thursday will rise into the upper 50s to lower 60s. An area of low pressure will approach the region on Friday bringing a steady rainfall. Beyond Friday, a stubborn upper level low pressure system will remain over the region through next week which will keep the weather pattern unsettled.
