ST. JOHNSBURY - Rollickers Bike and Boards in St. Johnsbury is now open. Although they have yet to have a "grand opening," they are fully operational.

The new store is an extension of the Rollickers that is currently in Littleton, New Hampshire. The decision to open up a new store was an easy one, as they hope to expand business and offer more convenience to the riders of the Kingdom Trail.

"There has been a lot of work going into it so we hope to provide services for the other cyclists that are making St. Johnsbury their destination for the end of their trip or the start off their trip," Said store employee Tom Seymour.

The current plans are going to make the trail available for use year-round. This will hopefully bring more people to the area and grow St. Johnsbury's economy. Construction has been taking place since last summer, and the completion date is still pending.

Rollickers grand opening will be held on April 26th. When the trail is completed it will span about 100 miles, going from St. Johnsbury to Swanton.

"People are happy they don't have to drive across the river to get their bike serviced," Said Seymour. "People in the area are stoked."
