LYNDONVILLE - Building owner Marc Nurenburg was served a violation notice for breaking his own zoning law. The building which also is home to Burgers and Fries Unlimited and also a glass company. In the late fall Nurenburg agreed to give up eighteen of his twenty nine parking spaces for the other two businesses That use that building. 

After multiple complaints the town zoning administrator Justin Smith found that Nurenburg was not in compliance with the zoning policy. 

Smith said " I will have to make daily visits to the site and just report on wether its in comlience, and on the days that it is not it is a one hundred dollar fine.... That's not what we are looking for." 

Nurenburg was contacted but was not ready for an interview at this time. If he remains in compliance until March 26, 2014 then the violation will be terminated.
