New Burger Restaurant Nears Opening

LYNDON - Burgers and Fries Unlimited, is a new restaurant located on Memorial Drive in Lyndonville.

Owner Jeremy Bressette hopes to open his new restaurant as early as next weekend.

"It's going to offer hopefully 15 jobs and it is going to offer a fresh food place to eat," owner Jeremy Bressette said. "We've needed this for quite some time."

The business owner had the idea of opening up the burger stop after a visit to a Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Burlington.

"I was intrigued by their layout and decided to go to the bank with it," Bressette said.

Bressette, who also owns The Bagel Depot in St. Johnsbury and Littleton, receieved a loan from the bank within two weeks. He has added the "Unlimited" portion of the eatery not for all you can eat, but for the toppings customers can add to their burgers. Along with the fresh produce, Bressette hopes this will set him apart from other restuarants in the area.

Bressette hopes the renovations will be complete by December 15 and is currently accepting appilcations.
