DANVILLE - Danville showed their improvements as they took the court Friday night which marked the continuing of a quarterfinal match up in division four girls basketball vs Concord. Danville saw a rough beginning of the game as the Concord wildcats lead 24-17 in the first half.

In the final two minutes of the game, Danville was able to make a comeback and defeat Concord by 8 points.

"We've improved a lot" said Danville head coach Bean Valentine "we attacked the basket more now. We work together as a team, defensively were doing ok but at least were pushing the ball up the court."

Pam Greaves lead both teams in scoring with twenty-four points and scored 16 out of the last 18 points for the Indians. Final score, Danville 44 Concord 36.
