SUTTON - Voters in Sutton seemed adamant about how they feel the direction of the town of Sutton is going.

Sutton approved all of the appropriation requests for the town. The Boot Fund is a orginization dedicted to supplying clothing to children during the winter months. Another appropriation was giving $500 to the Umbrella fund.

Another order of business that was voted on was elected officials. All elected officials ran un opposed except for one, town treasuer Debbie Ogden. Jesse Nygren, announced several weeks ago that she too would be in the running for town treasurer. However, it was Ogden who came out on top with a vote of 95 to 63.

Ogden has many plans for the town of Sutton "(I) still want to work on the accounting system we had last year," Ogden said," It's going around great, we are going to have great help, and the budget is going to be much easier."
