Nelson Gets a Date for Trial

ST. JOHNSBURY - The courtroom was quiet on Tuesday morning in the case of Nelson vs St. Johnsbury Selectboard.

Attorneys handled the hearing, that set a date for Nelson's trial, by phone.

This lasted no more than ten minutes and a date of February 15, 2013 was set to begin the trial. The trial is expected to last about 4 days.

Nelson is suing the selectboard, he believes they were unjust in firing him.

Both attorneys could not be reached for a comment.
