RadioShack Closes Its Doors

AROUND THE NEK - A key figure in the electronics market will soon be a distant memory. After ninety five years, RadioShack has filed for chapter eleven bankruptcy. 

 RadioShack will be shutting down several locations in New Hampshire and Vermont this week. The most local RadioShack, which is located at the Green Mountain Mall in St. Johnsbury will be closed by March thirty first.

The seventeen hundred plus stores will be sold to Sprint Wireless while around another four thousand stores are going to be sold to General Wireless. As for the stores that will be closing, they will be selling a number of items from toys, headphones, and more, at up to fifty percent off.
