LyndonvilleTrusteeLYNDONVILLE- There is an end in sight for the water project on Speedwell drive and College road in Lyndonville. At the Lyndonville Board of Trustees meeting Monday night there was an update to the project. The project has been going on for several months and has caused a bit of a headache for some local residents. The project, which included replacing some existing water lines, is nearing the end.

The Zoning Administrator, Justin Smith, hopes the project will be done towards the end of this week. "Disinfection will be done this week to that new line; we have to get three tests in a row that come back clean and we're hopeful that this Friday we will be able to connect that line and be able to use it."

Once the lines test clean repeatedly, the lines can be used, the roads can be filled in around the lines, paved over, and reopened for normal use.
