VERMONT- A second law officer has testified about Michael Norrie's confessions in the Mary Pat O'Hagan case.
The new revelation came in a courtroom testimony from Special Agent James Mostyn.
Special Agent James Mostyn of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol,Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives testified on November 28th that he did hear Norrie confess to the killing of the 73-year-old woman in 2011.
The revelation came on the second day of testimony in a case requested by one Norrie's lawyers, to suppress statements Norrie made to police about both the O'Hagan case and a separate federal firearms charge.
Mostyn follows behind Sergeant Jason Letourneau, who made news on November 7th, when he was the first law enforcement officer to publicly reveal information about Norrie's confession.
