ST. Johnsbury-Jonathan M. Stuart, a 17-year-old Saint Johnsbury resident, appeared in Caledonia Superior Court on April 2^nd after being arrested for the burglaries of the Big Apple Convenience Store on both March 3^rd and March 23^rd.

After a lengthy investigation, St. Johnsbury Police Department and the Vermont State Police found that Stuart was responsible for 2 counts of burglary, 2 counts of unlawful mischief and 2 counts of Petit Larceny.

Stuart was held on $1,500 bail and lodged at the Juvenile Facility of Woodside.
