Musicals are preformed all the time, and in Derby Line VT at the Haskell Opera House, the Act Three Theatre Company is in the hands of one person who might surprise his audience.

Chase Gosselin is not your typical fifteen year old boy, he has owned and run his own theater company since was in the 7th grade.  His love for this art is so great he didn't allow his age or the lack of a theater program hold him back from the stage.  Chase goes to a small private school, he felt that it needed a theater program so he went to his principal and asked to start a theater.  With not doing to much with his free time in the past year he has directed close to six or seven other productions.  Not only being the owner of a theater company he directs and he is the also choreographer.  He will also take the stage for performances if a part needs to be filled.  One actor that has worked with him for many shows, Alyssa Gosselin,

dreamcoat

was quoted, "He is respected by a lot of adults, and he handles himself well he's not really immature and he's just really respected."  With most recent show Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, will make it Chase's fifteenth performance.  Chase hopes to make it to New York City for a directing degree and even a career in directing.
