Governor Jim Douglas has once again proposed budget cuts throughout the state of Vermont and this time, non-profits look to be the target.

Umbrella Inc., an organization devoted to helping domestic and sexual violence victims, could see their budget decline due to Douglas' proposal.

Many volunteers and co-workers were quite upset about this and rejoiced Monday night to let their voices be heard.
