National Walk at Lunch Day took place Wednesday, April 29th in St. Johnsbury. Volunteers all over the United States try to convince people that physical activity and a healthy lifestyle will make life that much more enjoyable. So next time you think you're too busy to exercise, think again. Try packing a sandwich, a bottle of water and get out for a quick walk.
