St Jay Academy vs. Lyndon Institute

LYNDONVILLE- Wednesday night sport rivals, Lyndon Institute (5-14) and Saint Johnsbury Academy (7-12) met on the ice at the Fenton Chester Arena. 

Academy sophomore Dylan Rutledge, scored the first goal of the night.  Followed by Lyndon's senior Brenden Davis who tied up the scoreboard in the second period.  Saint Johnsbury's Cole Hunter responded making the score 2-1, but that was not enough for Saint Johnsbury as Adam Strauch gave the Hilltopers a two goal lead making the score 3-1 by the end of the second.

Lyndon's Brannan LaCourse picked up another goal for the Vickings in the third period making the final score 3-2.  Saint Johnsbury plays their next home game on Saturday against Northfield at 5pm while Lyndon plays later that evening at 7pm against North Country.
