The United States Senate will vote on a provision today that will decrease revenue for a local non- profit lending corporation in Vermont. The bill that will be revised in the coming days may effect loan distribution services in Vermont for college students. Over the last 15 years, the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation has lent money to college students and their parents through the service.
