After a long offseason the Lyndon Institute Softball team continued their dominance against the Brattleboro Colonels.

Elizabeth Hamel pitched with mid season form allowing only 3 hits and striking out 6 batters during yesterday's shutout.

Hamel also contributed at the plate knocking in 3 runs and batting 2 for 3 on the day.

Greer Lemnah's strong performance didn't go unnoticed as she had three hits during the 9 to 0 shutout.

Also from the hardwood to the diamond, Danyelle Shufelt added her two hits while scoring 3 runs.

The Vikings will host Bellows Falls on Friday to add to their 1-0 record.
