On Earth Day, the green marketing company Earthsence released its top ten list of "greenest" states.  Vermont topped the list as the greenest and is ranked number one in the nation.  The list was established by determining which state had the most people with eco-friendly tendencies.  According to the results of the survey, Vermonters are more likely to recycle and are more conscious of their waste management.
