Vandals hit several businesses across Saint Johnsbury Sunday night.
Saint Johnsbury police responded to a report of suspicious activity under the Portland Street Bridge. When police arrived, they found seventeen-year-old James Mitchell and two other minors spray painting houses and businesses. Some of the buildings vandalized were, Saint Johnsbury Starter and Alternator, and several houses. All of the teens are being charged with unlawful mischief.
