Town Officials in St. Johnsbury are still working to get residents to clean up their properties. Several complaints have been issued, and the Zoning Board has recognized nearly a dozen homes in the area littered with garbage.  Since an audit done on properties in the spring, there has been major improvement. Most residents have cleaned up their mess to avoid any potential fines.
