WOODSVILLE- Lisbon took Woodsville down hard Tuesday night.  Lisbon is the defending state champions and the Woodsville is extremely young team with a record of three and thirteen. Though young, their strong point in the game was definitely passing; they completed many passes but failed to convert on points.

The game started off with a lackluster performance from the Engineers of Woodsville, which put them behind early. At the half, the score was forty-four to nineteen. Lisbon was looking to make their record even stronger going 6-7 in their last seven games.

During the second half Woodsville turned around their game putting up thirty-four points, but they still fell short to the Raiders 74-53. Head Coach Jamie Walker also believes the first half killed them "I think starting slow hurt us when we got down".

Mike Heath led the Panthers of Lisbon in scoring with 18 points and two team mates Garret McGrath and Chad Knighton combined for a solid 26 more points. Leading the way for the Engineers was Andrew Dockham, who scored 13 points going 3-13 from the field.
