ST. JOHNSBURY- The Environmental Protection Agency has handed the town of St. Johnsbury a new criteria for the wastewater facility, which could cost the town millions of dollars.

LITTLETON, N.H. - The town of Littleton, New Hampshire might be seeing several key positions eliminated during this year's town meeting.

LYNDONVILLE - Novelist and Lyndon State College instructor, Dan Swainbank, presented his first novel at the Cobleigh Public Library on December 8th.

BARNET - Many take advantage of tax breaks provided by the local, state, and federal governments.  However, a religious organization in Barnet asked to be taxed more.

WEST BURKE - A Sutton man was involved in a fatal accident in the early morning hours on November 17th. Travis Lund, 21, was traveling north on Route 5 when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree on property owned by Dennis Bosquet.

VERNON - The reactor at Vermont Yankee was restarted at 5:18 this morning once the repairs for the radioactive water leak were completed.

LYNDONVILLE - The Lyndonville Police Department has been busy in recent weeks investigating several local burglaries through out the villages of Lyndon.

The most recent occurrence was the burglary of the cabinet company Northend Hardwoods sometime during the night of November 5th, 2010. The suspect(s) entered the property and stole an undisclosed amount of wood from the business.
