ST. JOHNSBURY - Recent studies have found that walnuts can be beneficial to your health.
Penelope Lowe of North Danville, adds walnuts to her diet everyday. "I have them usually in my yogurt but they're mixed with other nuts. I give myself about a third of a cup."
A recent report shows that raw and uncooked walnuts have heart-healthy antioxidants which can decrease the risk of certain diseases.
