LYNDON - Lyndon Town School's Reading Recovery program is showing good results. Educators involved in the program showed students' improved work to the school board Monday night.

ST.JOHNSBURY - The Northeast Kingdom Artisans Guild is ready for the holiday season. Members are hoping that shoppers will continue to choose to buy locally this year.

ST. JOHNSBURY - Social Networking site My Big Campus is giving St. Johnsbury School students a healthy and educational introduction to the World Wide Web. Students at the school can use the internet, while parents and teachers don't have to worry about their safety.

NORTHEAST KINGDOM- November 15^th is the one day of the year dedicated to promote recycling around the United States. Executive Director Paul Tomasi of Northeast Kingdom Waste believes this is an important effort.

LYNDONVILLE - Benjamin Weisinger was arraigned in a recent sexual assault case in the St. Johnsbury/Lyndonville area. This is the third sexual assault case in the area over the past two months.

LYNDON- Lyndon will be renting out its VAC-CON vacuum truck to other towns.  This could aid other towns in their post-Irene clean-up process.

LYNDONVILLE - Lyndonville will be locking into a contract to acquire a new power source.  The contract will be effective until 2026.

ST. JOHNSBURY - In preparation of the school's book fair, St. Johnsbury School Academic Principal Martha Dubuque made a deal with her students. If they read a set amount of books, she would kiss a farm animal.
