What's in store for the Lyndonville Police Dept?

It was a relatively quiet town meeting in Lyndonville. Although there was one issue that left some unanswered.
Last year the town of Lyndonville supported an article to allow the police department extra money to find a third officer. The department found a prefect match and brought him onto the team but, shortly after officer Ralph Aussiker was hired, he was deployed overseas. The town is not losing any of the money it will all be there when he returns. The town will also have to face the possibility of officer Hemond leaving.
Lyndonville Police Chief Jack Harris said, "What we have done is we have budgeted a small part-time officer fund, that way during busy times of the year we can get a third person on the road and uh ease up things for myself and officer Hemond a little." The police were asking for 28,000 dollars to be used for a new cruiser.
