AG And Treasurer Win Big!

BethJimVERMONT- Jim Condos and Beth Pearce will remain in the capital as both won their respective races by large margins.

 

Condos, Vermont's Secretary of State, won his third term by harnessing 75 percent of the state's vote. He won in the election against Vermont Progressive Party candidate Ben Eastwood and Liberty Union Party candidate Mary Alice Hebert.

Condos, who was not born in Vermont but was raised, educated, and has worked his entire career in Vermont, is a University of Vermont Grad with a BS in Resource Economics.

Condos also served eight years in the Vermont Senate representing Chittenden County.


Pearce will also remain in her executive position as State Treasurer, the Democrat won her race by also taking 75 percent of the states vote.

Pearce has more than 30 years of experience in Government financing, both at state and local levels.

Pearce was appointed by Governor Peter Shumlin. Pearce has a BA from the University of New Hampshire. She currently resides in Barre, Vermont.
