VOTE OR DIEST. JOHNSBURY- Voters will be heading to the polls all day today to vote on the revised $15.2 million school budget.

The consensus amongst voters is split. Some saying that the $180,000 is not enough for them to afford, while others in favor of the extra funding say it is worth it.

Kelly Lemieux of St. Johnsbury said that due to the large class sizes she thinks "they could obviously use the help in kindergarten for the extra teacher".

The school board was forced to make some cuts to get this budget down to where it is, including salaries, benefits, and two non teaching positions.

The polls will remain opened until 7pm tonight.
