Nineteen-year-old Trevor Piper from Derby Vermont, remains in critical condition Wednesday morning at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, NH after a Monday afternoon car accident on Interstate-91.

Vermont State Police responded to calls of a car accident on the southbound lanes of I-91 in the town of Sheffield.

Upon arrival, police reported that Piper was ejected from his Chevy Berretta.

He was not wearing a seatbelt.

The accident is still under investigation.
