Residents of Wheelock voted on whether or not the town should purchase land for a multi-purpose building that would also serve as a municipal building. Cutis Jolander, Wheelock Town Moderator, said, "If indeed the voters approve and land is purchased then they will put in a new municipal building to replace this one as well as possibly space to park fire trucks for the fire department for the town."
