NH Man Guilty for Murder Plot
It turns out that all four defendants accused of participating in the Christopher Gray murder, will be put behind bars after all. Mike Robie,19, pleaded guilty this afternoon to charges for assault, conspiracy to commit assault, hindering apprehension, and conspiracy to commit hindering apprehension.
Choked and stabbed over 30 times, the body of Gray, 25, was found the morning of October 9,2008 in North Haverill. The incident took place on Lime Kiln Road, at the house rented by Robie and co-defendants Amber Talbot, 18, Timothy Smith, 24, and Anthony Howe, 19. Robie, who was already behind bars for a previous crime, conspired with his roommates to murder Gray for making romantic gestures toward Talbot, Robie's girlfriend at the time.
Robie's role in this case took place from jail through a series of phone calls, where he was able to tell his friends how to go about hiding the evidence after the murder was carried out.
The family of Gray was at the hearing to show support for their lost loved one, who will never be forgotten.
Robie is looking at a minimum sentence of 20 years for the four charges.
