Meditation is an ancient tradition from many religions. Karme Choling a rural meditation center in Barnet, focuses on the Buddhist aspects of meditation, and other relaxation methods. Meditation is based on the ides that the natural state of mind is calm and clear. To participate in meditation, one must first slow down and experience their mind as it is.
