New Fire House

The St. Johnsbury Fire Department is still in the process of looking at land for a new Fire Station.  But is it a good time for the fire house to ask the St. Johnsbury residents for the fundings?

The Firefighters of St. Johnsbury would like a new building; they feel like they have outgrown their current location.

The fire department is so small that they need to house their Pumping Truck in a different location, making for major inconvenience.

There are many residents that have said that the needs of the firefighters today are much different then they were eighty years ago.

With the economy getting better than it was a few years ago, it still doesn't look like a new building is in their near future.
