UPDATE: Mary Pat O'Hagan Still Missing, FBI Called In
SHEFFIELD - Around a dozen Vermont State Police vehicles, along with the Vermont State Police Mobile Command Center and the FBI, gathered at the Sheffield Munincipal Building on Wednesday, hoping to find more clues on the whereabouts of Mary Pat O'Hagan. Today, the Vermont Air National Guard will bring in helicopters to conduct an air search for O'Hagan. Police have a search radius of about six miles around the town of Sheffield, and they have also gotten several leads. Police have released few details about the search
Sheffield Woman's Disappearance Deemed "Suspicious"

SHEFFIELD - The Vermont State Police have upgraded the missing person case involving Mary Pat O'Hagan to a missing persons case with suspicious circumstances. O'Hagan, age 78 of Sheffield, was last seen on the evening of September 10 when she parked her car and entered her house.
The Vermont State Police Crime Scene Search Team was called to process her residence 3064 Rt. 122 in Sheffield. The State Police made a statement at the Union 37 Miller's Run School at 5:00 P.M. on September 12. In the conference the VSP noted that the search efforts will continue throughout the evening and into tomorrow. The VSP also said that due to the circumstances surrounding the investigation, a reward of up to $5,000.00 will be given to anyone who has information leading to location of O'Hagan. This reward is alloted for specific major cases where foul play is suspected (see http://www.dps.state.vt.us/vtsp/major_cases.html).
