Toddler Killed by Snow Plow

Tuesday, March 8th, 2011

DANVILLE- The fifth biggest snowstorm in Vermont history, has claimed the life of a young child in the Northeast Kingdom.

Clayton Bradley, 2, of Danville was killed Monday after being accidentally struck by a plow driven by a family member. Vermont State Police responded to a call yesterday of a severely injured child at 1208 Clark Road in Danville at around five PM.

The child was rushed to Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital in St. Johnsbury where he was pronounced dead. According to the State Police, the child was playing in the snow while his father, Darryl Bradley, was operating a plow when the child was run over. It is unlikely that charges will be filed against the father as no foul play was suspected.

We will bring you more information as it becomes available.
